Creative and technical capabilities and a strong marketing background …

With a degree in marketing from Berkeley College in New York state, Cynthia Pinsonnault began her graphics career in advertising at a retail fashion chain in upstate New York, where she gained experience in "traditional" graphic design, marketing, advertising and media. She went on to work for the instructional media department of a polytechnic university where she worked with photographers, graphic artists and film and video producers.

Cynthia moved to Texas in 1986, where she worked to develop and market “Desktop Publishing” which was then just hitting the marketplace. This early experience with emerging graphics technologies, combined with her traditional skills and education, led her to establish Pinsonnault Creative in Houston, Texas in 1989. In 2014 she moved the company to upstate New York and in 2016 renamed the company Lemon Dog Project.

This combination of creative and technical capabilities has provided a solid foundation that has been built on ever since, adding new techniques and skills continually, such as:

  • print design certifications
  • QuarkXPress Masterclass certification
  • certification in search engine optimization;
  • ongoing training in website design, HTML and CSS

Cynthia's broad range of marketing knowledge and advanced technical skills give her the ability to consult small businesses on every aspect of marketing, from branding and promotion to affordable small business website design, hosting and on-page search engine optimization.
